Toddler's Special Event
The first Tuesday of every month the Park’s Department will offer special Toddler activities. Bring your wee ones on Tuesday February 2nd from 11-noon to create an oh-so-sweet valentine treat to give to the people they love the most. Your child will have fun making wonderfully simple crafts that will melt your heart and cover the front side of your fridge.

Stuff and Fluff Workshop
Ladies bring that special girl in your life for a memorable evening she will never forget. Watch her eyes light up as the two of you make her very own stuffed animal. Simply pick an unstuffed collectible cuddly friend, hand stuff it, wish upon a special star and insert your wish into your animal and zip it closed. Girls can then name their new friend on the birth certificate as we celebrate by decorating cup cakes and making crafts. This event is held February 8th, from 6:30 to 8 pm on the second floor of City Hall. Be sure to wear play clothes since we will also be doing valentine crafts. Cost to participate is $20 per girl. BHS Band Pork Chop Dinner
The Bluffton High School Band Boosters will sponsor a pork chop dinner in conjunction with the home boys basketball game.
Tickets are $7 each. Included in the dinner is: pork chop, au gratin potatoes, applesauce, roll, cookie and drink.Dine in and carry-out are available. Those going to the dinner should enter Doors 1 and 6 only.

Held at the Wells County 4-H Building (co-sponsored with 4-H). Friends and family will enjoy a rocking Disco dance, refreshments and photos. Cost is $1.00 per person. Dress for the evening is dressy or theme based. Ticket sales begin Monday, January 4th in the City Clerk/Treasurer’s office at 128 E. Market St.

Stitches of Hope
First United Methodist Church Bluffton 325 W. Washington St.; Members will meet to work on creating and distributing free crocheted, knitted and sewn caps for people with illness, including loss of hair. Volunteers of any skill level are welcome to attend. There is no cost to join the group. The group meets on the fourth Monday night of each month. Watch for special holiday times and events.

Adult/Family Swim is designed for families or Adults Only. Children MUST be accompanied by their parent(s). Children arriving without parent(s) will not be permitted in the building. Laps are available for the more serious swimmer. Supervisor and lifeguard are provided. Mondays from 7:00 – 8:00 pm. Enter through Door # 6.

This is a free drop in program that will give young children a chance to play with others their age in a large open space. Some activities, balls and parachutes will be made available. Please note that this is not a staff facilitated event and parents are responsible for their children.

Writers Along the Wabash
If you like to write or plan to write someday, join the Writers Along the Wabash writing club. Each meeting we review writing from club members, do fun writing exercises, talk about publishing tips and tricks, and discuss the writing styles of favorite authors. Age is determined by what the participant is on May 1st. T-Ball is for 5 years (parent must help coach) – 8 years, Farm League is 8 years (may or may not be placed on a team, but still eligible for T-Ball) – 10 years of age. Junior League is for 10 years (may or may not be placed on a team, but still eligible for Farm League)
